Rebel Raaf Radio will be a diverse show with multiple purposes. The show features different segments that focus on both the local and international Metal scenes. The main segments that have been in the works are

 

1) Local plug : Focuses on the Dutch scene from multiple angles and perspectives such as new remeases, old releases, genres and subgenres, classic albums, underground albums etc, all under the umbrella of the Dutch scene and the support it deserves.

 

2) Unpopular opinion: This might include a controversial angle where I will discuss (and express) my personal take on albums, bands, band members from all over the world with an opinion that might be unpopular to many music fans. Whether it is something I happen to enjoy while the majority of metalheads dislike or disagree with, or something that many people enjoy, while I happen to dislike or disagree with. This segment will explore a personal opinion/stance on certain topics within the internaltional metal community.

 

3) Hidden Gems: Self explanatory. And it will focus on international bands/albums/EPs, not just the Dutch scene. 

 

4) Conversation With: Here I will conduct interviews with Dutch (and possibly international) bands and members and highlight their achievements, goals, potential personal topics as well. 

 

5) Themantics: Talking about songs based on similar themes, topics, messages, could also be atmospheric themes or motiefs. Could be songs that you can listen to in certain moods or mindsets, and also could be songs that have a common thread. Overall, This section will fundamentally focus on similar semantics or themes, as the name suggests.
